Ingredients
  

For Filling

  • 2 chicken breasts optionally pre-cooked
  • 0.75 cups cayenne pepper sauce e.g. Frank's Red Hot
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cups ranch dressing
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper optional

For Taquitos

  • 30 6" corn tortillas
  • 0.5 cups cooking oil divided in two

Instructions
 

Prepare Chicken

  • If using pre-cooked chicken (e.g. grocery store whole roasted chicken) separate breasts and remove skin. Chop up chicken until it has a fine, shredded texture
  • If using uncooked chicken, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add chicken and cook for approximately 10 minutes until breasts read 160 degrees fahrenheit. Remove chicken and let it cool completely, then chop up chicken until it has a fine, shredded texture
