Equipment

  • 1 shaker tin
  • 1 Hawthorne strainer
  • 1 fine mesh strainer
  • 1 lemon juicer
  • 1 jigger

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.7 oz lemon juice
  • 0.4 oz luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • 0.3 oz creme de violette
  • 1 scoop ice
  • 1 maraschino candied cherry garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine gin, lemon juice, liqueurs, and ice in a shaker tin
  • Shake for 30 seconds until the tin gets frosty
  • Double strain into a coupe glass (I just use the Hawthorne strainer if it's for myself)
  • Add the cherry on a toothpick as a garnish
